Chapter House offers luxury accommodations that highlight the warmth and character of a charming New England home, with key elements of contemporary hotels. The three-story Main House dates back to 1716.

Guests are welcomed by elegant spaces that showcase the restoration of the architectural details. The living room’s lounge furniture is arranged in small vignettes that can be grouped into larger ones for the guests convenience. The dining room is designed with flexibility in mind, where guests can find breakfast in the morning, and a large communal table for dining and remote working. The curated artwork throughout the spaces complement the color palettes of the fabrics and decorative accents.

Upstairs, the guestrooms are bright and airy, designed with details inspired by the coastal destination and the building’s history. They offer upholstered beds flanked by bedside tables that are different in each room to enhance the residential feeling, lounge chairs to rest after a day at the beach, and bistro style furniture to enjoy a meal or catch up with work. Guests can enjoy from the comfort of their rooms beautiful views of the historic surroundings and the manicured lawn and gardens.

The bathroom’s traditional style plumbing fixtures are paired with wall tile in soft blues and neutral toned  floors are reminiscent of the nearby beaches.

The terrace offers outdoor seating areas where guests enjoy lounge furniture arranged around fire pits, surrounded by well cared gardens with local flowers and plants. It overlooks a 10,000 sq. ft. event lawn that is perfectly suited for large gatherings, celebrations and weddings.
